ABOUT THE ROLE

Pelotons Production Department operates two production studios 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content & world-class boutique fitness offerings to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-paced department that constantly focuses on evolving our innovative programming & improving the luxury experience for our in-studio members. We are looking for an experienced professional for an exciting front-facing position reporting to our Studio Member Experience Manager, that has a strong passion to deliver outstanding customer service & hands-on people management.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Act as a role model & brand ambassador for Peloton
  • Ensure every members experience at Peloton Studios is consistently outstanding
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day of staff, scheduling, & seeing that all operating policies, including service & safety, are being followed
  • Assist Studio Member Experience Manager in interviewing, hiring, & performance reviews
  • Lead all aspects of the Member Experience team
  • Creates the team's schedule & sends it out on a regular basis while monitoring switches between team members.
  • Assist Studio Member Experience with ensuring the team is effectively completing job responsibilities
  • Handle studio reservation & POS systems
  • Work alongside the Studio Manager, & Director, to manage the F&B offering in the cafe.
  • Manage inventory & stock
  • Demonstrate honesty & integrity & lead by example to influence & inspire others
  • Handle customer issues/complaints with the utmost integrity & work to accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • Partner with fellow management team & departments to engage with & promote special members moments
  • Understand team member positions well enough to perform duties in team members absence

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event management, luxury sales, and/or customer service arena
  • Ability & desire to build lasting relationships with prospective & current members
  • Uncompromisingly high standards when it comes to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to excel & empower staff in a constantly evolving, diverse environment
  • Able to recognize areas needing improvement, make changes & resolve issues using good judgment
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from colleagues & customers
  • Understanding of employee positions & willingness to perform duties in employees' absence
  • Professional & appropriate business appearance & demeanor
  • Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning & late evening weekdays, adapting to meet the needs of the business
