Why We Need You
The Senior Manager, TA Programs will own the planning, delivery & management of strategic Talent Acquisition programs that will positively impact PagerDuty as we grow globally. You & your team will handle key initiatives that touch virtually every part of the candidate experience - from attraction to assessments to background checks - as well as advance our emerging talent, contingent workforce, employee referral & internal job marketplace programs.
You thrive working cross-functionally, handling multiple priorities, & are an outstanding project manager. You are able to lead a team to high productivity & roll up your sleeves to independently drive initiatives.
