Lyft is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to support & optimize our Brand & Business Development partner marketing programs. In this role you will be responsible for the success of partner marketing programs with top brands. Our partners include Hilton, Delta, Grubhub & more. You will also contribute to the development of new Partnerships in collaboration with cross functional teams. Knowledge of online & offline marketing best practices is a must, plus a willingness to develop partner management skills. Life at Lyft is fast paced & highly collaborative.   • Contribute to long-view strategy for maximizing marketing value of brand & business development partnerships
  • Launch & optimize partner marketing programs to deliver on partnership goals
  • Create marketing briefs & go-to-market strategies & present to key stakeholders
  • Lead program creative development, cross functional kickoffs, launch & optimization
  • Analyze program effectiveness & define strategy for maximizing results
  • Work & collaborate cross-functionally with business development, brand, design, communications, & other teams to execute programs
  • Build strong relationships with partners to effectively execute program launches, optimizations & develop future opportunities
  • Maximize the value of top priority partnerships & programs


  • 3-5 years of partnership, marketing or brand management experience at a brand or agency 
  • Ability to develop & communicate strategy & high level concepts to team, cross-functional orgs, & senior level executives
  • Efficient & extremely detail oriented with strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with creative & integrated marketing teams
  • Experience working with managing complex org structures, calendars, approval reviews & collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate & work cross-functionally 
  • Creative thinker & experience in insights & data-driven marketing. Results driven with the ability to analyze results/outcomes to inform strategic decisions
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias to action
