About Springtide Child Development:

Springtide is a fast-growing company that offers family-centered care for children with autism & other developmental delays. Our experienced, interdisciplinary team works collaboratively with one another to develop personalized care plans all while using digital tools to transform the way behavioral care is delivered. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech, & occupational therapies as well as social skills classes, functional living skills training, school readiness training, language acquisition & family coaching all in one place to improve the lives of our children & their families! 

About the Role:

We are looking for a high energy, organized professional who can support our amazing clinical team in Dedham, MA. We are seeking an individual that is excited about greeting children, assisting parents, & supporting the Operations Manager with administrative duties. We are looking for a strong multi-tasker that enjoys bringing order to chaos & is excited to go the extra mile for our amazing families & team. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Welcome & support all of the amazing families that we work with: you are the face of Springtide to everyone walking or calling in! 
  • Welcome & support our team: you are the backbone for our clinic running smoothly, helping ensure that everyone knows the schedule & is set up to deliver high quality care.
  • Schedule appointments & events: from assessments & recurring appointments, to special events & team meetings, youll facilitate all the comings & goings of our community.
  • Maintain the facility: every toy or office item is a vehicle for learning, & we will rely on you to help us make sure that all of our children & staff have everything they need to thrive!
  • Assist the Operations Manager: acting as the right hand to our clinic leader, youll help troubleshoot day to day issues as well as support & lead long term projects.

Requirements for the Role: 

  • You are able to work Monday to Friday 2:00PM - 6:00PM
  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in a customer service role 
  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • You collaborate well with others & have strong interpersonal skills
  • You have exceptional organization & time management skills
  • You think on your feet & have excellent problem solving skills
  • You are an effective team player with a no task is too small attitude
  • Tech-savvy & highly proficient with Google Suite

Nice to Have, But Not Required: 

  • You have experience working as a Medical office Secretary/Receptionist 
  • You are pursuing or have obtained your Associates or Bachelors degree
  • You are bilingual in English & Spanish
