THE POSITION:

We are currently looking for a Acquisition Strategy & Planning Associate to support the media operations for our Marketing team. This role will sit within the Marketing organization & serve as a direct bridge between the Analytics & Marketing teams. If you have a passion for sports, are interesting in digital advertising technology, & enjoy working on multiple projects wed love to hear from you.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support the day to day execution & optimization of various campaigns across respective program
  • Collaborate with Channel managers & Creative Operations team on media trafficking submissions
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support the successful implementation of media campaigns & communication of technical requirements to internal parties
  • Work closely with internal & external partners to ensure the timely delivery of media trafficking
  • Support the quality assurance of trafficking sheets, reports, & other data sources for proper submission as well as support Data Driven Operating Model
  • Support the Quality Assurance in creative, tracking & attribution across respective channels
  • Coordinate with external partners on day to day needs & deliverable management
  • Create custom reports to allow media operations team to flag data patterns
  • Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 1-3+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role at either an agency or on the operator side
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing or media operations & media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) as well as the understanding of the utilization & relationship between them
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data & methodologies used to inform decision making & drive performance management
  • Strong understanding of marketing, testing & reporting methodology
  • Knowledge of the marketing landscape
  • Strong Written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams & ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
  • Strong excel skills preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, & ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business & culture of sports & gaming preferred
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred
