Mailchimp is a leading marketing platform for small business. We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands & grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multichannel campaign, CRM, & analytics tools.
Mailchimps engineering department is currently bigger than many companies total headcount. Weve grown quickly, & our processes need to catch up, in areas including but not limited to interviewing, onboarding, promotions & staffing. We now have a number of inconsistent or unclear systems across offices, teams & roles. Those gaps leave ~400 individuals to spend time finding information & trying to solve problems for which there isnt a clear owner. In addition, lack of consistency & communication makes certain processes inherently less fair. Theres a lot of opportunity to help the department improve in these areas. This role will own solutions & communication, to ensure that were working effectively, efficiently & fairly.
