As part of Pelotons Treasury team, this Treasury Manager position will help build out & manage four key areas of the Peloton finance platform: Consumer finance programs, payment processing, corporate credit, & insurance, with responsibilities to be added over time.  The ideal candidate has a strong analytical skillset & enjoys working across a range of topics, from traditional finance & risk management to business development around customer payments.  Intellectual curiosity, creativity adaptability, & resourcefulness will be key success factors in this role.  This person will collaborate cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders.  This role offers a great opportunity to learn & grow within a high energy, high growth organization.  


Overall responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist in the development & execution of plans to continuously evolve the platform to encompass new business initiatives & become increasingly efficient & effective
  • Create strong relationships with key stakeholders inside & external to Peloton
  • Develop, monitor & report core KPIs

Consumer Financing Programs/Payment Processing: 

  • Relationship management with payment & financing partners
  • Partner closely with product management to implement new programs & changes to existing programs
  • Perform market analyses, evaluate trends, & develop ideas for changes to the payment platform
  • Understand payment preferences across international markets & assist in the development of payment strategies for new market expansion
  • Develop business plans & financial models for customer financing programs


  • Develop, monitor & report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our insurance framework
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis of program alternatives
  • Oversee carrier audit processes & work with internal stakeholders to implement recommendations globally
  • Develop system-based processes to automate claims management & tracking 
  • Develop & maintain relationships with brokers & carriers
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders (compliance, operations, accounting, people team) & collaborate on insurance-related processes 

Corporate Credit: 

  • Capital structure modeling & market analysis 
  • Assist with credit facility negotiations
  • Coordinate letter of credit issuance
  • Track covenant compliance 


  • Bachelors Degree or Advanced degree 
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical & modelling skills
  • Strong problem solving & decision-making skills
  • Self-starter who is intellectually curious & not afraid to seek out projects independently
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Creative thinker, comfort with ambiguity
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail & confidentiality
  • Excellent data management skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Effective organizational & time management skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member
  • Prior experience with corporate insurance programs & risk management a plus
