The Customer Success Product Specialist will be responsible for driving the education & adoption of our exciting new data & analytics offering. They will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, & Editorial to develop a deep understanding of our products & services to directly translate that knowledge into the critical business needs & workflows of our clients. The Customer Success Product Specialist will be a key player in the success of the launch & expansion of this new data & analytics offering, & their role will continue to grow with the development of this new service, other products, & the increasing complexity of the industry & our clients' goals.
The Customer Success Product Specialist will be experienced in the financial services space while also possessing excellent presentation skills, strong communication, as well as drive & curiosity to build a deep understanding of the complex global credit space.
