We are looking for an entrepreneurial product manager to work on a new product initiative in our Marketplace. You will lead the charge in defining & validating this new product, & then delivering & iterating on it. Reporting to the Sr. Director of PM for Platform-as-a-Service Products, this Product Manager will work externally with our customers & our Marketplace Vendors, as well as internally with a cross-functional team including Product Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Business Development & other Product Managers.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Work across teams & functions to define & validate the product & feature roadmap
  • Act as Product Owner in the development process, creating epics & user stories, prioritizing & grooming the product backlog
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to gather requirements & test hypotheses
  • Drive a high-performance culture within your team that iterates frequently & learns continuously without sacrificing product quality
  • Develop business cases & model unit economics for the product in conjunction with our Finance team

What Well Expect From You:

  • Demonstrated positive impact on user experiences, preferably those related to 3rd party integrations, with an eye towards ease-of-use
  • Data-driven approach, articulating hypotheses in terms of objective measures & projected outcomes
  • Agile product management / product ownership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp & learn new technologies.
  • Experience with B2C product management is a plus
  • Experience talking with developers in their own language to come to the best solution from the beginning (hobby or professional coding experience in any language is a plus).
