The Marketing Associate is an entry level position that is crucial to the success of Klarna's Global Shopping Growth team. It's perfect for anyone looking to jumpstart a career in marketing. Through collaborative, clear, & highly organized communication across the organization, you will be responsible for coordinating successful launches to drive the generation of new Klarna app customers. This position is based in NYC. 

What you will do:
-In partnership with the content & email marketers - & the greater team - initiate & support marketing strategy/positioning/campaign timing
-Bring a highly collaborative, organized, & entrepreneurial work ethic to day-to-day marketing operations
-Collaborate cross-functionally with production agencies, brand studios, marketing, & product teams to implement growth marketing campaigns
-Generate, maintain, & share key campaign documents to ensure alignment across the marketing competence & relevant internal teams--from developing marketing milestones, writing amazing briefs, & building reporting dashboards to measure the health of all campaigns
-Key resource in marketing/product relationship, ensuring big ideas & exclusive marketing opportunities are pursued & products align with the central theme of each campaign
-Build shopping content in Klarna's Content Management System
-Develop & demonstrate a clear & persuasive presentation style & ensure presentation support materials are accurate & consistent with brand standards

You must have:
-0 - 3 years of experience
-A compelling relationship builder, able to get things done through ample communication, collaborative teamwork & flexing of interpersonal skills both internally & externally
-Experience with Wordpress & is a plus
-Creative, strategic & analytical thinker; Courageous & comfortable speaking up & sharing opinions
-Resourceful change agent--flexible, resilient & thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced & highly matrixed organization
An excellent verbal & written communicator cross-functionally, internally & externally with colleagues of various tenure
-Self-motivated problem solver who maintains an eye on customer focus, a drive for results & meticulous attention to detail. Great follow-up is a must!
-Able to exercise sound judgement in prioritizing workload using very strong organizational & project management skills
