Job Description: 

Were hiring an Associate, Integrated Media within our Growth Acquisition Marketing team to assist in channel management across Integrated Media Video (Linear TV, VOD, OTT), Audio (Podcast, Terrestrial/Satellite Radio, Streaming), Out-of Home & emerging media platforms. This individual will aid in the execution of an innovative strategic approach designed to further grow & develop HelloFresh U.S. market share & brand growth.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, creating disruptive efforts in media, yet at the same time understands how data & technology drive business. Additionally, the candidate must be a detail oriented, organized self-starter that is comfortable & articulate while communicating with internal teams, agency partners & vendors.

You will ...

  • Work closely with the Channel Experts, assisting in management of all media channels to successfully drive Acquisition & Brand growth efforts of HelloFresh group (multiple brands) 

  • Be the steward for all media plans across the channel mix, work with Sr. Manager/agency partners to manage all deliverables (optimization implementation, plan approvals, creative assets, contracts)

  • Compile, analyze & track campaign & channel performance, identify key campaign learnings & quantifiable business opportunities to improve existing campaigns

  • Work cross-functionally across the organization (specifically with Growth Marketing, Analytics & Brand Marketing teams), managing multiple projects & teams at once to ensure deliverables are on track

  • Act as key point of contact with external agency partners & marketing vendors, establishing & maintaining these relationships on behalf of HelloFresh

  • Partner with our Brand team to generate creative briefs, provide creative recommendations & insights that optimize performance, document tests, & regularly share key findings to inform future initiatives

  • Manage campaign setup, invoicing & budget reporting for primary channels

At a minimum, you have...

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Keen interest in & knowledge of emerging trends across the media landscape

  • Understanding of media fundamentals, across both offline & digital channels

  • 1-2 years experience in integrated media planning (offline & digital), campaign execution experience is a plus

  • A positive, can do attitude

  • Excellent communication skills with a sharp attention to detail & organization

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google platforms

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Tableau, third party analytics platforms & media attribution technology/methodologies is a plus

  • Previous agency experience is preferred
