The Engagement Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts to activate, engage, & retain Newselas 25M+ registered users. In short, youll be charged with ensuring teachers & students are logging into the product regularly, performing key activities once there, & coming back often. Youll work closely with our product management team to understand the user activities that drive sustained, deep engagement, & will subsequently design & execute marketing programs that encourage our users to get the most out of our product. Working closely with Product, Customer Success, & Marketing, you will define our user engagement marketing strategy, design user engagement marketing programs, & execute campaigns across email, social media, in-product marketing & more to drive user registrations, monthly active users, & convert casual users into power users. As part of the Marketing team, youll also get hands-on experience building out sophisticated campaign performance tracking to ensure our leadership is equipped with accurate, actionable data to make the best decisions to drive business growth.
