The Acquisition Project Manager's role is to continuously improve the Acquisition team's ways of working, including: strategy & priorities planning, training & knowledge sharing, cadences, & communications, on top of delivering strategic & cross-functional projects.
As an Acquisition Project Manager, you will create a new role to help bring the team to another level & accelerate Acquisition Growth at Qonto, based currently on 5 pillars: Paid Ads, SEO, Lead Gen, Website & Analytics.
As an Acquisition Project Manager at Qonto, you will
• Define the Acquisition strategy & priorities planning: in collaboration with the Acquisition Leads team & the Head of Acquisition, you will be building upon current practices & developing new frameworks & ideas
• Be an alternative point of contact to the Head of Acquisition to represent the Acquisition team with other teams at Qonto
• Drive cross-functional & impactful projects for Qonto's Growth Acquisition - partnering with departments like Product, Operations, Partnerships or Marketing
• Develop systems for training & knowledge sharing within the team
• Drive the pace & communications within the Acquisition team leads, & of key Acquisition projects or KPIs to other teams or C-levels

About You
• Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in roles demonstrating the key skills in consulting or data firms, or in hyper-growth companies
• Growth leader: You are passionate about identifying new opportunities, building a strategic plan, & delivering impactful actions with optimal value in a tech & hyper-growth company
• Communication skills: you are a good listener, & communicate well to drive teamwork
• Great team player: You love solving problems with your teammates & working closely with other departments
• Ruthless prioritizer with focus on impact: You remain undistracted from other opportunities, & you stay focused on high-value development tracks
• Mastery: You have excellent team leadership & you can inspire the team with your vision & drive for impact
• Languages: You speak English fluently. French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus
• Education: You graduated from a major university or masters program
