Were looking for a sales & relationship management leader to help us launch into our next phase of growth. Youll join our Risk & Trading team & take the lead on relationship management, developing deep & fruitful connections with institutional partners.

What youll bring to the role:
- Large network of proprietary trading firms & hedge funds with a record of long-lasting & productive relationships
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing with an ownership mentality
- 7+ years of experience in a sales origination role, preferably in prime brokerage, securities lending, or swaps
- Interest in crypto currencies & enthusiasm about BlockFis products & business model
- Ability to represent the companys culture & values to our institutional counterparties

- Originate new institutional clients & identify new business opportunities.
- Manage our Institutional Relationships
- Understand the challenges of our institutional clients & assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy & retain our clients
