As a Program Manager, you are in charge of overseeing the end-to-end value creation cycle of one of Qonto's key services/products, from planning to delivery. You will report to Albertine, VP Strategy, & interact very frequently with Founders Steve & Alexandre, acting as true sponsors of your efforts.

• Become a 360° expert on one of Qonto's services/products, & act actively as such during key strategic rituals at Qonto

• Build the best conditions for functions to work efficiently as one team towards the same direction, from concept to planning to delivery

• Set & track success metrics as well as local indicators, & make sure they are reached, on time & under budget/resource constraints

• Master skills required to drive cross-functional initiatives under tight constraints (including not being their manager!)

• Impact the performance of Qonto, from P&L to customer satisfaction to employee satisfaction

• Have a wide exposure to the whole company layers, from local specialists to founders, & from strategic thinking to on-the-field working sessions

• 6+ years of experience in a high-speed & quality-obsessed organization. It should include 2+ years of tier-1 management consulting and/or program management roles and/or kaizen officer roles

• Great hands-on leadership, time management, facilitation, & organizational skills

• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles & performance evaluation processes

• Exceptional knowledge of discovery & delivery methodologies

• Perfectly fluent in English, & comfortable engaging with a wide range of people

• Eager to learn in order to become outstanding at the job
