As the People Operations Coordinator based in New York, you will be focusing on supporting our employees working from the New York & Los Angeles offices.
Your mission
- Coordinate daily HR operations for the US such as (but not limited to) payroll, benefits management, claims processing, employment verifications, compliance audits, & more
- Use a digital People support ticketing system to promptly address & independently resolve employee requests & inquiries
- Maintain & update employee files, organizational charts & internal intranet pages on an ongoing basis, performing regular data sweeps for accuracy
- Run various reports using our HRIS to better inform decisions made by members of the leadership team
- Deliver an exceptional experience as a key point of contact to steward SoundClouders through their entire employee lifecycle: from initial contract creation to onboarding, internal moves, offboarding, & beyond
- Own relationship with account managers from various HR systems & services to help support successful implementation & long-term function
- Assess current ways of working for areas of improvement (we know theyre there!) with respect to speed, cost, ease of use, etc.
- Handle sensitive employee relations issues & sensitive data issues requiring discretion & good judgment
- Support people managers & people partners in organizing trainings, sharing updated resources & assisting with any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
About You
You have gained a year of working experience, ideally within a fast paced & international working environment. You have exceptional organizational skills & the ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed information. You are people-oriented & have a customer service mindset & an empathetic approach to solving problems. You are an excel expert & know your way around google suite. But most importantly: Youre eager to learn & youre a team player.
