The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing will be responsible for the implementation, launch & reporting of new & existing partner marketing programs. They will work closely with Partner Success Managers, Marketing colleagues & internal stakeholders across the business to create & execute a cohesive marketing plan to support key partner initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Integrate Marketing into Business Developing process: 
    • In support of Business Development, originate Marketing plans based on partners strategic priorities to ensure partnerships are built to succeed from their inception. 
    • Demonstrate the value of marketing to drive volume & revenue for partners 
  • Executional Alignment & Tactics:
    • Leverage partners marketing channels in collaboration with partners to drive performance - this includes on-site signage, email marketing, social media marketing, video assets, VIP lanes & in-stadium activations with Sports partners.
    • Work collaboratively & cross functionally within CLEAR to leverage the broader organization to drive usage of CLEAR services. This includes life-cycle marketing for CLEAR+, CLEAR Reserve, airline partners & integration partners across verticals (Health, Sports, Travel, etc). 
    • Coordinate across CLEARs marketing functions to ensure Partner Marketing is aligned to overarching corporate strategy & brand guidelines
    • Coordinate with CLEAR Operations to integrate partner branding where applicable on signage & other on-site branding deliverables 
    • Collaborate with Creative, Public Affairs & Legal to ensure proper sign-off & approval for respective marketing assets, comms materials & other partner branding integrations. 
    • Concept & execute contests & promotions that drive account creation, CLEAR+ & platform usage.
    • Collaborate with the Partner Success team on the Growth Partner Newsletter & work cross-functionally with the Creative team on any respective deliverables for the newsletter. 
  • Campaign Measurement & Optimization
    • Track metrics of marketing channels & suggest changes to optimize marketing efficacy. 
    • Work cross functionally to ensure performance tracking of all marketing assets are in alignment with CLEARs broader business goals.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in partner marketing or related fields 
  • Superior communication & organizational skills
  • The ability to think like an owner; the ideal candidate will embrace accountability in themselves & their partners
  • Solid expertise partnering with corporate brands
  • Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, & campaign reports & dashboards
  • Strong project management & multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable working with data analytics & business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Excel)
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate & implement a focused plan
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with an "own it" mentality
