Teachers Pay Teachers is seeking an experienced Sales Operations leader to join our team. Working closely with Commercial leadership, this role will drive performance across a variety of initiatives & play a critical role in supporting the Sales & Marketing organizations by providing insight, process structure, & strategic thinking to improve sales effectiveness & efficiency. The ideal candidate is able to operate strategically at a high level & execute tactically as they continue to build out the Sales Operations function.


  • Partner with commercial leadership on strategic planning & other revenue-driving initiatives including revenue forecasting, designing sales team compensation, team capacity planning, & improving sales productivity.
  • Establish an analytical system to oversee performance in our sales funnel, design & manage the processes to support accurate & timely sales forecasting & report to leaders & executives on results, forecasts, & trends with insights & analysis through dashboards, presentations, & data models.
  • Lead strategy & planning for Sales & Account Management, including areas like retention & pricing & packaging.
  • Identify new opportunities to help make the sales team more productive, define & recommend improvements to our sales process & workflow, & drive change while 
  • Own the Sales technology stack, including ensuring the effective administration of Salesforce (in partnership with SalesForce admins) & recommending new tools to support clarity & accountability of sales activity & progress.
  • Manage & grow the sales operations function & team.


  • 7+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations work experience for a SaaS or technology company; 2+ years as a manager
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of sales technology stack & available tools to support the quote-to-cash process; Salesforce certification preferred
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, & exceptional project management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, fast-paced environment & manage a high workload
  • 2-3 years in consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves & work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
  • Experience building & leading a sales operations team
