The sales team at Behalf is growing at a rapid pace & is looking to expand.
We are currently hiring for a Sales Account Executive to successfully bring in & close new accounts on a monthly basis.
Candidates must be comfortable & effective with qualifying leads, presenting over the phone & in-person, running demonstrations, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.
This role is a client facing position, & the ideal candidate must be comfortable working at executive levels from middle market to enterprise.
It's a unique role because our offering is first to market, as a reference point - it will look & feel similar to software sales.
This position is located in our NYC HQ office, & reports to the VP of Sales.
* Create & drive revenue within specific industry verticals.
* Manage the entire Sales Account experience from early-stage sales to contract negotiation & on boarding.
* Engage with clients daily, over the phone & face-to-face, to gain a deep understanding of client's business processes and
pain points with B2B sales, to convert leads & recommend program design to grow merchant partnerships.
* Be the face of Behalf to our customers, especially during the onboarding & ongoing usage of Behalf
* Collaborate successfully with all areas of the organization to optimize team productivity
* Responsible to achieve a monthly & quarterly quota
* Evangelize Behalf & our offerings at key industry events
