THE POSITION

We are looking for an associate to join our Sportsbook team to help us build an online experience thats loved by our users. You will work closely with a multitude of teams across the organization to continually optimize & improve our core onsite experiences. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated & organized individual with high attention to detail, can easily problem solve & is able to make quick but well-informed decisions & back them up with data driven results. The role will be based in New York.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support & execute on a variety of Sportsbook customer facing initiatives.
  • Be an expert of FanDuel sportsbook customer experience end to end (e.g. media, registration funnel, funding, odds, UX, promos, CS) & always look for further improvements
  • Responsible for creation, execution & aftercare of improvement projects within various parts of the online Sports business
  • Analyze & recommend improvements to existing processes across various teams including but not limited to Marketing, Product Operations & Customer Operations
  • Identify opportunities that will benefit customers, while considering profitably
  • Obsess over the industry dissect & regularly present on the competitive landscape, while researching industry trends & new techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our conversion & retention efforts.
  • Be the go to for how our product & process stack up against the market
  • Establish best ways of working cross functionally with the broader Sportsbook teams
  • Provide stakeholder input on development of product & processes & see it through to execution
  • Help to develop relations with some our 3rd party
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of each department on a regular basis

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline)
  • 1+ years working in a marketing or operational role
  • Experience collaborating closely with other departments & leading smaller intra year projects
  • Strong communication skills & relationship management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, & reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer obsessed
  • Track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital experience a plus
