What the role is
Drizly is growing its operations team & is looking for a qualified candidate to work with existing Drizly retail partners with the intent of increasing customer retention & boosting retailer performance. The person in this position will work in collaboration with & support of the Manager of Account Management.
People who do well in Account Management are authentic, curious, carry a can-do attitude, & find it exciting to strategically develop the markets in which Drizly operates. You will be responsible for educating & coaching our retailers, assisting them with their needs, & communicating their feedback purposefully & tactfully across Drizly departments. You will also be responsible for sharing market changes & performance metrics internally & across the broader Operations team.
