We're looking for an organized, energetic independent HR leader who is passionate about our mission & values & full of ideas on how to bring them alive for staff. This person will be responsible for managing employee relations & staff engagement, partnering with local leadership to drive, influence, & manage change.
This role will be a blend of HR & Recruiting. We are looking for someone who is able to balance both worlds, but with more emphasis on providing HR support across our European locations. Change.org is already impacting over 250 million users in 196 countries. Nearly every hour a campaign reaches victory, from strengthening hate crime legislation in South Africa to fighting violence against women in India.
But we still have a ways to go to create a more participatory & responsive democracy. Petitions are just the beginning. We're designing a new generation of social action tools to allow users to engage more deeply on the issues they care about. The problems we're solving are big & we're looking for someone excited for the challenge.
