Why We Need You

We are building a real-time digital operations management focus for small startups to large Enterprises to prepare for, prevent & respond to urgent issues quickly & efficiently. A seamless, simple web & intuitive experience is crucial to our continued growth. We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer, who will have a considerable impact on making our user experience among the best in any category. You love designing intuitive experiences that delight your users & make them successful. You are creative & thoughtful, but you also care deeply about understanding customers & considering their feedback. You have a healthy interest in product development & collaborating with a team to turn your designs into a beautiful reality. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design integrated experiences across tools our customers use every day, including Amazon Web Services, Netflix, Microsoft, Slack, & other platforms. Within Digital Operations, our customers can get an at-a-glance view of what is about to happen, what is happening & what happened with their services, incidents, & teams. You are passionate about connecting the dots where others might only see noise & tell a compelling narrative that helps customers make informed decisions in real-time about their organization. In today's always-on product environment, where time is our customer's most valuable resource, this is where we can help our customers detect & prevent incidents from happening & develop a best-in-class digital operations platform in the market.
