Our Visa Technology Human Resources team is seeking an experienced HRBP to drive our people agenda efforts for the global Cybersecurity organization, charged with protecting Visa from compromise. This team has employees & locations that span the globe & serve our whole company. Primary Business Partner & point of contact for the SVP of Cybersecurity.
Execute proactively, efficiently & effectively Human Resources partnership with the Cybersecurity leadership team, the broader Technology HR Team & Visa Human Resources Centers of Excellence
Build relationships with business leaders & be a catalyst in delivering Human Resources solutions that support the specific needs of Cybersecurity, its teams & overall business objectives.
Develop & implement strategic Human Resources plans aligned to business strategies/goals.
Use data to influence & drive an unbiased decision making process
Establish a strong partnership with business leaders serving as a resource/consultant in strategic & tactical approaches for all Human Resources areas.
Provide coaching to senior leaders & Managers on Human Resources, people & organizational matters.
Help sustain a robust culture aligned to our company values for all employees & staff
Lead & partner with the HR peers in Technology & in Centers of Excellence to deliver programs & solutions related to Talent, D&I, Recruiting, Retention & Growth & Development for Cybersecurity
12 years of experience & Bachelor's degree; or
8 years of experience & Master's degree; or
5 years of experience & PhD
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist or Talent experience
Master's degree/MBA is preferred
Highly creative & innovative & future thinker on HR trends & approaches
Ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity & complexity
Analytical rigor & facility with HR reporting tools, Workday, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Ability to market, package & design programs a key plus
Management consulting, Marketing, PMO background a plus
Hold high standards of client service & works closely to establish credibility with clients
Sets expectations so that internal clients understand what will be delivered & when, & the process to achieve the target outcomes
Strong coaching ability

Provide Human Resources expertise to lead business divisions in all aspects but not limited to employee relations, performance management, talent management/organizational development, rewards & recognition, growth & development & workforce planning with the support of the COEs
Ensure that Human Resources policy & advice to client group is in accordance with employment law, Visa strategy & best practice
Lead clients with the development of the most appropriate organizational structures & bring about effective organization & cultural change
Work with Clients to build high performing teams, support managers with coaching on employee issues, organizational design, people related strategy & execution
Work with business to create & manage workforce plans
Drive best in class Talent agenda for Cybersecurity
Ensure Human Resources support is provided in an effective & timely manner with top client service & proactive delivery
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit & stand at a desk, communicate in person & by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones & computers, reach with hands & arms, & bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
