We are seeking a highly motivated Workplace leader to lead our Workplace Operations team. A strategic thinker with
experience managing facilities in a growing environment. Demonstrated experience in facilities, hospitality and
organizational management is required. You should pride yourself on your quality of work & relationship building
skills. Diligent follow-up, attention to detail, & an ability to develop & execute best practices that align with our
culture, will be a big asset.

What youll be doing:
Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, & security, while developing & implementing solutions across our offices.
Management of all vendor relations & contracts, including maintenance, cleaning, catering, etc.
Maintain a complex budget while ensuring all scope of work is executed in a timely manner, within budget & at the highest quality. From finding cost savings to making a little go a long away are just some of the fiscal attributes were looking for.
Ensure safety of our people by developing/maintaining/updating emergency action plans & providing health & safety risk assessments. Oversee & manage emergency action teams in all locations.
Monitor & provide recommendations for optimal office space utilization including end-to-end projectmanagement of office relocations or expansions.
Implement new operational initiatives & effectively roll-out to company.
Maintain a standard operating procedures for all locations.
Work closely with building management to ensure offices are functioning optimally.
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all furniture, fixtures & non-IT equipment.
Responsible for security operations.
Serve as a main point of contact for office emergencies, including after hours & weekends.
Review & approve all invoices, proposals & other service provider submittals.
Participate in, manage, & coordinate new hire activities, including furniture & equipment preparation, delivering a high-quality first day experience.
Maintain timely, positive & professional communication with stakeholders & our people at all times.
Manage food & beverage, safety, & security programs & vendors.
Ensure facility cleanliness, appearances & functionality, including common areas such as lobbies, conference rooms, & kitchens.
Partner with IT, Workplace Experience, & People teams to deliver a world-class employer experience.
Managing & motivating a diverse experience team with varied skill sets & at different stages in their careers.
Build & effectively lead an exceptional Operations team; ensure that they are technically strong, provide an excellent level of service to our people, & are capable of delivering results on time & with quality.
Manage office space planning & coordinate move logistics. Ensure all new hires are set up appropriately & leavers have a smooth transition.
Balance a wide range of long-term projects to improve the day-to-day operations of the office.
Always look to make us better, proactively identify & recommend opportunities that focus on better methods to achieve objectives which may include: process efficiencies, quality improvement, risk mitigation, cost improvements & any other relevant factors that influence workplace experience.

Who are we looking for:
7+ years of operations & office management experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment, hotel, or professional services environment.
Experience managing people & growing them for success.
Available to lead projects as the business demands. Day, evening, & weekend execution is standard for this role.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial skill-set, delivers hustle with style & grace.
You have a strong attention to detail, organizational planning, time management, & multitasking abilities.
You could bring strong people & project management, organizational, logistical, research skills, & a demonstrated ability to run multiple projects & priorities within agreed timelines & budgets.
You have an active, hands-on approach to problem solving.
You have a real passion for social media & groundbreaking news/media content you might be just the person we need to help scale our New York offices.
