FanDuel is seeking a Payments Strategy Senior Associate to partner with the existing teams & refine our Payments Strategy across all US verticals (Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy, Casino, & Racing). This includes working with a wide range of teams from Product to Legal to Commercial to innovate new Payment strategies & optimize existing ones, all with the goal of a customer first experience to help users get their money in & out of our products easier, faster, & safer than our competitors.  As trailblazers in the industry, our passion runs deeper than an NFL depth chart.  Come join the only team in the league that makes Payments as exciting as a buzzer beater in OT.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

Partner with Internal & External Stakeholders to oversee our entire Payments stack, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Assist with the creation & maintenance of real time reporting dashboards along with data integrity verification
  • Partner with Analytics team to monitor trends & identify opportunities
  • Prepare & maintain Payment metrics reporting for Commercial & Executive team consumption
  • Partner with the Product Development team as we roll out new Payment methods & provide a continual improvement feedback loop based on user experience & feedback
  • Manage payments products & partner setup during New Market & New Product Rollouts


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelors degree in finance or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Operational knowledge of payments processing methods (ACH, Cards, PayPal, PSPs, processors, etc.)
  • Interest in fintech & new innovative technologies (P2P, Crypto, etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment of complexity, ambiguity, changing priorities & flex based on demand
  • Extremely detail oriented with superb organizational skills
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple areas of the business & levels of management
  • Superb ability to create presentations, excel models & communications
  • Ability to balance customer wants & experiences with business finances & commercials
  • Knowledge of sports betting & online gambling a huge plus
