WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Thanks to our growth, our Sales Strategy Team needs someone who is focused on driving & scaling our sales & Go-To-Market motions. The Sales Program Manager, Analyst will help own the execution of our sales development plays & automation initiatives as part of our Sales Strategy Team, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Sales Strategy.
The right team member will help create, maintain, & consistently optimize Boxs portfolio of sales sequences within the Outreach.io platform & will have a direct impact on the success of our GTM teams. You will need to balance the management of several simultaneous projects, so experience collaborating & advising on interdepartmental initiatives is paramount. You will work across key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Analytics & other functions to roll out Sales plays & programs, & will leverage experience with Outreach to design & execute creative solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prioritize & help drive programs to execute & automate Outreach.io sequences aligned to key initiatives, with the goal of increasing sales & generating more leads
Drive work effort by working cross-functionally with project & business stakeholders
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to processes/systems to fix root causes
Serve as the internal expert on sales outreach best practices, with a particular focus on understanding & reporting on sequence performance data
Ensure a steady cadence of A/B tests are applied to Outreach sequences in alignment with strategic business goals
Create & deliver standard & ad-hoc reporting on sequence effectiveness, pipeline generation, & AE adoption to sales leaders on a consistent basis in order to help maximize return on investment & pinpoint areas of improvement
WHO YOU ARE
2+ years experience in a systems-focused role supporting a business function
Significant lead automation skills with tools like Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or Marketo a major plus
Enthusiasm for collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams when advising on and
Passionate & curious about finding new ways to use analytics to drive business growth
Strong analytical & communication skills
