The Role

The Palantir Legal Team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the processes & workflows related to international government procurement. The International Government Team manages our international government focused procurement pipelines, customer deals & subcontractor portfolios, which extend to all jurisdictions outside of the US. The Team works with people from across the company - engineers & business strategists who are working on exciting, cutting-edge inventions - as well as outside law firms who assist with the drafting & submission of tender bids & procurement portal applications.

As an Administrative Assistant, you are organised, detail-oriented, & self-motivated; you are diligent at tracking deadlines & tasks, & quick to offer help when you see something needs to be done. You excel at completing tasks in an efficient manner, & take a clear & proactive approach in communication. In this role, you will exercise discretion & integrity in all interaction, in addition to strategic thinking by assessing competing demands & prioritising appropriately. You will leverage your effective communication skills, & exercise tact & diplomacy in helping to manage relationships with senior stakeholders both internal & external to Palantir. You enjoy working in a team setting & thrive off of enabling the people you support to be as productive & impactful as possible.
