In the near future, the majority of Eventbrite's business will come from outside of the United States. The company is currently in a phase of strong international growth. We have ambitious growth plans for the Ireland & United Kingdom markets, with plans to continue our growth trajectory. We're looking for scrappy & fearless team members to be part of this growth story.

To help us meet these goals we're looking for an agile digital marketer to create & implement exciting acquisition campaigns for our growing brand. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, thrives in ambiguity, constantly searches data for opportunities to improve, & understands how to leverage KPIs to monitor & manage our processes.

Eventbrite brings a world-class platform to enhance live experiences to a new audience. We have seen strong organic growth & brought in great talent. Today the team is made up of three primary functions: Business Development, Marketing, & Customer Success. We are all working towards our shared vision of helping Eventbrite bring the world together through live experiences. 

You'll collaborate closely with the rest of the UK & Ireland marketing team as well as our global colleagues, including the sales, channel, performance & product marketing teams, to grow our online reach & unlock new audiences.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong analytical skills & experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns. The perfect person for this role has a passion for paid media, solid understanding of effective channel mix & optimisation best practices. 

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of our digital campaigns, performance marketing & acquisition programs. This includes working with the broader UKI marketing team to ensure we hit our quarterly lead goals & partnering with our global digital specialists to maintain company best practices & leverage international expertise. A key part of this role will be to communicate our progress throughout the organisation. 

It's a complex job, requiring analytical thinking, solid digital marketing skills & an eye for detail.
