How you will make a difference:

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team who will support our fast-growing organization. You will demonstrate to your partners how a strategic business partner helps them to achieve their goals. You will solve complex organizational dynamics through a focus on people. Together with your team members, you will create the people strategy for your teams to allow them to hit their goals and, at the same time, support employees in realizing their missions. You will use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging partners, & build programs & processes at Iterable. You'll report to the HRBP Manager.

You'll get to:

  • Be a strategic advisor to the business & guide our People strategy to meet our goals by building trusted relationships with your partners.
  • Implement & promote People programs & procedures, including performance check-ins, compensation, engagement, talent reviews, & career development.
  • Anticipate needs, diagnose problems, & promote appropriate solutions. Identify & advise leaders on the development needs of their teams & departments. Coach our people managers on all levels to be excellent managers.
  • Address & resolve employee questions, or complaints quickly, amicably, & with empathy by applying advanced knowledge of employment law & experience.
  • Analyze trends & use data to help develop people programs & to make teams more successful.
  • Consult with leaders, recruiting, & finance on an array of compensation topics, using benchmarking to make sure our compensation is market-leading, scalable, & internally aligned.
  • Drive change management through communication, training, & rollout of updated or new people programs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

  • You have experience working on a team of HR professionals in an HR Business Partner capacity or similar.
  • You are comfortable with building a full range of HR responsibilities - from high-level strategy to program design to execution.
  • An understanding of compensation planning & industry practices
  • You have experience with independently driving projects & earning the trust of your partners.
  • The ability to coach & partner with different levels of employees.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships while using analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities & have the ability to collaborate with peers across time zones.
  • Enjoy working with a small team, motivating your peers, & contributing to a collaborative & friendly workplace culture.
