Description
Beer has long been an entrepreneurial endeavor. It has only been in the last century that large corporations began to take over. Now, there is a significant market shift back toward producing and consuming local, craft, organic and/or home-brewed beers in the United States.
We are bringing together a panel of entrepreneurs in these emerging market niches to hear the reasons for their success and the lessons learned from their failures.
Panelists
Chris Gallant - GM and co-founder of the Bronx Brewery
Justin Philips - Owner and operator of Beer Table - a restaurant specializing in craft beer and food pairings
Jordan Elpern-Waxman - Founder of Craft Beer Co. - a monthly subscription service pairing beer and cheeses
