As a Senior Business Analyst, you have experience gathering & documenting product requirements. You have worked in a variety of systems environments & have at least a general understanding of the technology considerations. You are comfortable leading workshops, working meetings & presentations. You communicate in an empathetic, positive & friendly manner with a focus on clarifying business needs & customer service. Working with contractors, vendors & multiple processes & methodologies to manage requirements for all stakeholders.

• 5 - 10 years experience as a Business Analyst in software or interactive web development initiatives

  • Object-oriented development approaches
  • Working knowledge of third-party solution providers
  • Defining & documenting design to requirements trade-offs
• Broad knowledge of programs, projects & knowledge management processes & toolsets
• Knowledge of user-centered content development, interface design, information architecture, digital branding & marketing communications
• Demonstrated experience in communications management, including:
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences (client & internal team)

  • Written & oral communications, including presentations to senior level executives
