Working with contractors, vendors & multiple processes & methodologies to manage requirements for all stakeholders.

You have:
- 5 - 10 years experience as a Business Analyst in software or interactive web development initiatives

- Requirements Documents
- Functional Specifications

- Object-oriented development approaches
- Working knowledge of third-party solution providers
- Defining & documenting design to requirements trade-offs
- Broad knowledge of programs, projects & knowledge management processes & toolsets
- Knowledge of user-centered content development, interface design, information architecture, digital branding & marketing communications
- Demonstrated experience in communications management, including:
- Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences (client & internal team)
- Consensus building, team building & problem solving
- Written & oral communications, including presentations to senior level executives
