As a member of the CommerceHub EGS team, the Product Specialist is a frontline position to work with Clients, Project Managers, Engineers, & the Ecommerce Growth Service Team members to support all CommerceHub products. This role will support new & existing clients with technical support & onboarding of new clients. This position is an excellent opportunity to develop skills to manage online marketing in the E-Commerce industry.
Handle inbound email, telephone & live chat inquiries related to our multiple platforms to include both website & integrated methods, & data files transmitted between CommerceHub & its partners
Sending outbound communications to clients regarding file or communication failures between the client & CommerceHub
Accurately record customers issue(s) & actions taken (internal & external) in ticketing software & work towards a resolution
Assist in the development & delivery of daily reporting of DemandStream LOB offering for companywide consumption
Accurately estimate task durations
New client On-boarding
Assist in the development of Client Launch Plan
Participate in technical evaluation, implementation options for new clients
Execute on Client launch plan efficiently & effectively & project manage the execution
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, & other internal/External stake holders
Define, develop, & document processes relating to Technical Support & Onboarding
Key Success Indicators
Efficiently follow the Setup to Perform process for clients on Marketplace & Referral Marketing Channels
Identify potential risk of client launches
Understanding of channel & category data quality requirements
Familiarity with CommerceHub Marketplace (DemandStream) & Dropship (OrderStream) platforms required.
2-3 years of Online Digital Marketing or Amazon Marketplace Experience is a plus
Superior oral & written communication skills
Results-driven, process-oriented, self-starter that can successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to successfully prioritize competing requests & advocate for continuously increasing quality
