We are looking for an experienced & customer-obsessed Director of Customer Success.
As the leader of Modsy's Customer Success team, this position guides our customers' journey in the exploration & purchasing stage of our 3D interior design offerings, & through their experience with our rapidly evolving home furnishings marketplace.
The ideal candidate has a vision for delivering a world-class customer experience & is passionate about building & leading teams that drive customer advocacy & delight at scale. You will lead a distributed team of Customer Success specialists in the US, & manage our vendor relationships with Tier 1 support abroad.
