As a Senior Marketing Analyst you will be tasked to research, develop, optimize & communicate strategic marketing plans that drive up the impact on business growth. You will be empowered to monitor & evaluate the marketing channels & KPIs, provide data-driven insights & expert opinions on marketing strategies & OKRs, develop market research programs to track the brand awareness & sentiment, & enable marketers to improve marketing campaign efficiency & effectiveness. You will be partnered with cross-functional teams to build, maintain & optimize strategic marketing frameworks such as marketing attribution model, customer journey & CLM framework. You will also leverage your strong analytical mindset, business savvy & problem-solving skills to influence decision-making & facilitate the market adoption of Hospitality Solutions products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyze marketing funnels & KPIs & provide rich insights & recommendations to influence both strategic & tactical marketing decisions
  • Optimize marketing attribution & CLM performance & assess marketing impact on acquisition & retention
  • Develop optimization & simulation scenarios to improve marketing ROI across various channels & provide allocation recommendations to stakeholders
  • Recommend various A/B testing based campaigns & develop statistically sound models to measure impacts
  • Build market research program & automate brand tracker 
  • Deep dive in advanced data analytics, solve non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods & making strong recommendations for either Hotels & Restaurants business
  • Support Agile Marketing 

What We Seek:

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields of work (marketing analytics, performance marketing, business analytics, business strategy, statistical modeling etc.)
  • Effective analytical, modeling & problem solving skills
  • Experience working with large databases & business intelligence tools to inform decisions
  • High tolerance for ambiguity & an ability to work cooperatively
  • Strong project management skills & the ability to multitask
  • Self-starter & eager to learn
  • SQL/database skills required; Python/R skills are a plus
  • Passionate about travel industry & fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
