As the Sr. Manager of Demand, Performance at Vimeo, youll lead strategic development of highly impactful performance campaigns targeting enterprise businesses who are turning to Vimeo for video marketing, communications, & monetization solutions. You will work in close collaboration with campaign managers & paid media channel owners to plan, launch, & optimize integrated campaigns for demand activations, events, ABM, lifecycle marketing, & more.

Youll work with a fast-growing marketing team to drive brand awareness within enterprises, scale qualified lead acquisition, & encourage product adoption. You will build & manage paid media campaign planning processes that empower teams to work efficiently & drive results. Success in this role means that more enterprises than ever are choosing Vimeo to connect with their customers & employees.

This is the right opportunity for a marketing leader with deep expertise in performance campaign strategy, funnel optimization, & demand generation for enterprise SaaS products, ideally with a self-serve or freemium component. You will have a track record of successfully engaging with enterprise buyers across the customer journey, & optimizing for ROI.

What youll do:

  • Drive performance for key metrics for Enterprise growth from paid channels, including: enterprise subscriber acquisition, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), new business pipeline, & bookings
  • Manage enterprise performance campaign reporting, including detailed funnel data & campaign insights
  • Build planning & communication processes that enable teams to work efficiently, scale output, & remain agile to identify opportunities
  • Lead integrated campaign planning for paid channels for our three enterprise offerings: marketing, internal communications, & monetization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns including performance, SEO, events, content, product marketing, & ABM
  • Understand our audience & help them discover how our solutions answer their needs by delivering the right message at the right time across paid channels

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance strategy & enterprise demand generation
  • Experience with product led growth strategies and/or self-serve/freemium software products
  • Deep experience with digital acquisition channels, marketing analytics & data-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with paid advertising channels, ABM advertising capabilities, Marketo & Salesforce preferred, BI tools such as Looker a plus
  • Passion for video, as a marketer you have done video marketing & virtual events, & want to be a part of building next gen tools for these use cases
  • Exceptional communicator who is comfortable navigating large teams & operating cross-functionally
  • Thrive in high-growth environments
