We are seeking a proven sales executive to lead a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives, responsible for generating new & expansion business with large enterprise customers in our North America East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development & mentoring of your sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring & training of new team members on our sales process & the Algolia value proposition. You will participate & provide executive support in prospect & customer meetings. Success will entail working effectively with Marketing, Sales Development, Operations, Product teams & Customer Success.
