Job Description

To support our Nexthink Employee Success Team & to provide the best employee experience for our people, we are looking for an HR Operations Manager whose main responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for strategy & execution for HR operations at Nexthink
  • Design & implement company policies & collaborate on HR projects
  • Manage a growing team of HR operation generalists & track their progress
  • Monitor the company's HR systems/databases & be owner of all the employee data
  • Manage the flow of employees' queries (e.g. on compensation, absences/leaves & labor regulations)
  • Ensure payroll & benefits world-wide
  • Administer all employee contracts & ensure on-boarding & off-boarding activities
  • Be the point of contact for all audit & compliance procedures
  • Maintain a good interface with finance, sales ops & other departments on all HR data & processes

  • 5+ years of experience managing HR operations for a global company
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams
  • IT/Software company experience undergoing hypergrowth would be desired
  • Strong background in data-driven HR management with a focus on back-office responsibilities
  • A strong knowledge of legal matters internationally would be a strong plus
  • Very strong project management, compliance & organizational skills
  • Proactive & strong attention to detail (HR data control freak)
  • High ability to work collaboratively in international environments
  • Proficient in written & oral English/French. Any other languages are considered a big plus
