Highsnobietys insights team is seeking a driven research professional to help build our marketing effectiveness capabilities. The Marketing Effectiveness Analyst will lead projects & analyses to demonstrate the effectiveness of Highsnobiety as a marketing platform that drives measurable results for our clients. The successful candidate will work directly with the HS insights, brand partnerships & strategy teams along with research vendors to find & build solutions to measure the effectiveness of client campaigns, ad products, & integrated solutions.

Your Mission:

  • Measure advertiser campaign performance, positioning data into insights & actionable recommendations
  • Track & monitor ad effectiveness projects across study life stage from pre-sales coordination to survey concept, programming & recruitment, & analysis & creation of post-campaign deliverables
  • Assist in managing of custom primary research studies including advertising research & consumer insights
  • Build topical research decks & monitor syndicated research sources to continuously incorporate updated information
  • Assess Highsnobiety relative to other media properties & develop actionable insights to help improve Highsnobietys positioning in the marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with the Highsnobiety+ & Brand Partnerships teams to create sales collateral, providing the necessary research to support & sell through marketing concepts & executions
  • Consult directly with sales & clients to provide them with context, making appropriate recommendations for research & measurement based on client KPIs

Your Skills:

  • 2+ years of media experience at a fast-paced publisher, media agency or research provider
  • Deep knowledge of marketing effectiveness research, proven track-record of executing brand lift studies
  • Strong experience with quantitative research methodologies, survey design & analysis
  • Knowledge of the digital media landscape
  • Proven ability to analyze & interpret qualitative & quantitative research with client needs in mind, write clearly, & translate data into clear insights
  • Experience successfully communicating at all levels both verbally & in writing
  • Proven team player with the ability to tackle & manage various projects in a timely manner
  • Strong mathematical skills & an interest in finding compelling stories in the data through in-depth analyses
  • Ability to work independently & problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various teams
  • Highly proficient in Keynote & Google Spreadsheets
