As the Client Experience Analytics Manager, you will report to the Director of Client Experience Operations & be responsible for analyzing performance, uncovering opportunities & delivering actionable recommendations to optimize the client experience. The Analytics Manager will support the building & maintenance of dashboards, perform deep dive analysis & work closely with the rest of the client experience team to drive efficiency, eliminate toil & support the build of analytical infrastructure & processes.
