We are hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to develop multi-channel CRM programs that reactivate former subscribers, & re-engage dormant & at risk” customers. Joining a Customer Engagement team that partners with both product & marketing, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of disengaged subscribers, & creating programs that re-engage & delight them. If you have a knack for driving strategy through data, the creative sensibilities to turn that into engaging programs, & the ability for work cross-functionality, then this role is for you.
