What you get to do:  

  • Coach, mentor, & motivate a growing, high producing sales team to build pipeline & hit targets, ensuring that 75%+ of team hit quota each quarter
  • Formalize process to ramp & level up team members, driving them to exceed goals 
  • Participate on prospect meetings in all stages of the sales funnel
  • Assist in recruiting & training to grow & maintain the new sales team
  • Assist in reassessing & recommending improvements in sales process, sales motion, & GTM strategy

What you bring to the role:   

  • 2+ years management experience in B2B sales.
  • 5+ years as a top performing seller - ideally some in the enterprise segment
  • Experience selling in the Technology or HR Tech spaces  
  •  Ability to coach on basic selling methodologies & skills
  • Innovative Thinking Embraces & champions new ideas & encourages others to do likewise
  • Building Organizational Commitment Demonstrates commitment, loyalty & appreciation for the organization.
  • Conveys a high-level of concern for all employees, while helping to ensure that both their needs & those of the organization are met
