About the Role:

Tubi is looking for a motivated, sales focused, Media Strategist to join the fast growing revenue department. This person will be an integral part of the sales process helping the Sales team develop best-in-class solutions for our top clients & be responsible for working collaboratively with the sales organization & auxiliary teams. This is a growth opportunity, & the right candidate will enter Tubi to understand the needs of the company, grow into a support role, & ultimately develop into a experienced salesperson

We are currently mandatory work from home, but for the long-term we would like this hire to be located near the New York area.


  • Support development of RFP (Requests for Proposal) process utilizing ad products, sponsorships, & targeting to strategically address the advertisers needs & campaign objectives
  • Understand the full suite of products & capabilities across all platforms
  • Develop & maintain client relationship for future sales opportunities
  • Learn sales best practices & tactics to help upsell & drive revenue
  • Help plan & attend events for clients
  • Assist Sales teams in client presentations to help educate clients on overall Tubi offering & tactical media plans
  • Ensure media plans include accurate pricing & utilize approved products & available inventory & adhere to Tubis workflow/system rules
  • Organize research for delivery to clients
  • Ensure internal salesforce & other tracking documents are up to date with pre-sales

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of media planning or sales experience in related field or company with an
    understanding of digital & linear video
  • Understanding of Agency & Publisher media ecosystem & best practices in planning
    and strategic sales
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Worked in a fast paced Sales environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with strong self-directed learning abilities
  • Creative side that helps out-of-the-box thinking & solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills & detail orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office & experience with digital tools
