Our roster has an opening with your name on it

This position reports into the FP&A Director & will focus on companywide headcount planning & business partnering across the following departments: HR, Legal, Finance, Facilities, Partnerships & Executive management. The candidate will provide financial analysis, metrics & generate insights that support key initiatives. The candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of the P&L.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage consolidated headcount model & companywide headcount reporting & forecast
  • Collaborate with Director & work closely with HR team to manage & improve all aspects of headcount processes
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts & monthly close packages across the following departments: HR, Legal, Finance, Facilities, Partnerships & Executive management
  • Lead improvements in operational efficiency by streamlining processes & enhancing reporting automation
  • Integrate business partnering through the entire workflow of partner functions, supporting internal & external stakeholders
  • Provide financial decision support (budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, identification of cost drivers) to ensure optimal achievement of targets
  • Brief & influence senior executives at FanDuel & Flutter on financial performance
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, & provide critical business insights to the Group's leadership team
  • Provide quantified insights & propose solutions to areas of risk & opportunity to influence business strategy
  • Address ad hoc financial analysis requests & inquiries


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance
  • Exceptional financial, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to distill financial data into clear & concise insights
  • Ability to prioritize & manage competing priorities effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Exceptional organizational & relationship building skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point

The applicable salary range for this position is $101,300 to $141,600 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs & market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
