This position is responsible for leading the hiring efforts for our Sales Engineering department. We care deeply about quality hires, candidate experience, & stakeholder partnerships. We want your voice to be heard & we strive to be better than yesterday.
In this role, you will:
- Identify, source, & message top technical talent at all levels in Engineering, Product Development, & Cloud
- Build effective partnerships with Sales Engineering business stakeholders
- Shape outcomes with hiring based on data & market trends.
- Call & assess candidates for role fit & ensure a white glove level of service to candidates throughout their journey with Appian
- Partner with our amazing team of Sourcing Recruiters. Brainstorm strategies to find "the needle in the haystack
- Think outside of the box & utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, & techniques to promote Appian as an employer of choice
