This position is responsible for leading the hiring efforts for our Sales Engineering department. We care deeply about quality hires, candidate experience, & stakeholder partnerships. We want your voice to be heard & we strive to be better than yesterday.  

In this role, you will:

• Identify, source, & message top technical talent at all levels in Engineering, Product Development, & Cloud
• Build effective partnerships with Sales Engineering business stakeholders
• Shape outcomes with hiring based on data & market trends. 
• Call & assess candidates for role fit & ensure a white glove level of service to candidates throughout their journey with Appian
• Partner with our amazing team of Sourcing Recruiters. Brainstorm strategies to find "the needle in the haystack
• Think outside of the box & utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, & techniques to promote Appian as an employer of choice

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a full life cycle recruiting role
• Experience recruiting for a software product company, specializing in Software/Sales Engineering, Product Management, & Consulting
