Maven is looking for a Manager, New Business Strategy to work with our Head of Business Development & General Manager to identify new markets & partnerships for Maven expansion. In this role, you will analyze healthcare market trends, & help develop the go-to-market strategy for Maven to grow into new sectors & secure critical channel partnerships. You will be the expert on Mavens value proposition to different buyers & work with cross-functional partners to solidify Mavens positioning. We are looking for someone who is eager to brainstorm future opportunities for Maven & can independently prioritize & focus efforts on the most valuable initiatives.

As the Manager, New Business Strategy you will:

  • Conduct competitive research & market sizing analyses to identify the best areas & organizations for Maven expansion
  • Consistently keep up with healthcare trends across Health Plans & Digital Vendors; determine how new information impacts Mavens trajectory & communicate recommendations accordingly
  • Succinctly synthesize & communicate opportunities to Senior Management team; share POV with data & proof points from research
  • Identify needs & concerns from potential partners; build & present business case for partnership
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales & Growth/Engagement teams to fine-tune Mavens platform offerings for different clients / partners; project manage new initiatives for specific partners
  • Help manage Mavens partnership pipeline & go-to-market timing

Were looking for you to bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in management consulting; ideally with focus in healthcare
  • Expertise in healthcare industry
  • Possess excellent analytical & presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw insights, & develop actionable recommendations
  • Humble with ability & desire to roll up sleeves & be hands on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders
  • Experience building & maintaining strong relationships with external partners
