JOB DETAILS
 

THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in storyboarding, production, editing, & post-production of video from inception to completion to support the brands digital marketing initiatives
  • Develop short form video deliverables that are in line with company brand standards & guidelines
  • Work alongside Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Animators & Social Strategists to execute & adjust creative elements for digital campaigns in a timely basis
  • Organize, tag, & manage creative content & assets for each project
  • Help us create best-in-class content for our diverse customer base
  • Collaborate with social team to create multiple versions of a given video to comply with different social media platforms
  • Participate in digital QA process to ensure quality of work
  • Organizational & collaborative skills as well as an ability to prioritize are a must
  • Reports to the Director of Video Production

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assemble footage into rough, fine & final cuts while maintaining professional standards
  • Add music, dialogue, graphics, visual effects & sound to increase the quality of each video
  • Receive & implement notes from department heads & project partners
  • Provide color correction & sound support or guidance when needed
  • Quality check videos & deliverables to ensure all assets meet standards, appropriate specs & are ready for upload & archive
  • Track time daily to ensure post-production schedule is maintained
  • Report any issues that might impact progress or quality
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as required or report any technical issues to IT

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5-6 years of prior post-production experience
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere. Solid knowledge of After Effects, & Photoshop
  • Ample post-production knowledge including motion graphics, sound mixing, keying & color correction
  • A proven ability to think strategically, analyze critically, & to translate ideas & insights into action through coherent & viable communications & influence products
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & remain calm & professional in high stress situations
  • A problem solver who can troubleshoot technical & editorial issues
