Why We Need You

As PagerDuty prepares for our next phase of growth, we are excited to launch our search for our newest member of our People Operations team to elevate & scale our existing absence management, disability & mobility programs for our Dutonians. In this newly created role, you will serve as the subject matter expert & employee resource for all things related to leave of absence & disability, global mobility & immigration. You will provide support for the day to day administration of our benefits & compliance programs. You will participate in the design & implementation of our global mobility, immigration, disability & absence management programs in the U.S. & internationally, serving as the liaison with global vendors.

*Please note: This role can be based in any of our US office locations or some remote locations. Standard working hours will depend on time zone.
