Warby Parker is searching for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support various corporate departments & serve as the main liaison between the People team & other arms of our business. In this role, youll oversee the implementation of programs that align with our business objectives & core values. Additionally, youll be a subject-matter expert in managing employee relations & creating, implementing, & standardizing policies. Contributing at both hands-on & strategic levels, youll work to deploy best-in-class people practices & cultivate the Warby Parker culture as we grow. The salary range for the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Corporate role in New York City is $131,250$150,000. Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience & skills, qualifications & location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus & an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package.
