About the role


As a Provider Marketing Associate, you will work cross functionally to help execute provider engagement & communication strategies to improve the provider onboarding experience.


You will support the end-to-end provider onboarding campaigns in new & existing markets & will build needed content to make sure providers have all they need for a successful experience with Oscar. You'll own projects with support from the Manager of Provider Marketing. You'll work with partners from P&L, Provider Relations, & clinical teams to determine goals, build content & measure campaign results.


You will report to the Manager, Provider Marketing. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York office & part of the time work-from-home/remote. #LI-Hybrid


Responsibilities


Help execute assigned provider education & onboarding campaigns
Collaborate with our teams in planning campaigns, developing content, & sending final materials
Report out on metrics to monitor the effectiveness of launched campaign
Be the Project Manager for Provider Onboarding campaigns related to market launches
Track & maintain a database of all provider communications across Oscar
Track & managing projects
Maintain & develop additional provider training resources


Qualifications


1-2+ years experience in a communications, or project management role, in the healthcare space
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study preferred or 2 years related work experience.
Superior communication (oral & written, including editing)
You think creatively & act persistently to guarantee a project launches successfully.
Willingness to grow & learn as a member of a cross-functional team


Bonus points


Experience project managing content for communications campaigns
Experience marketing to or working within hospital or medical organizations
